PALOPO SPECIAL FOOD OF TALIWANG SUMBAWA
Taliwang Sumbawa Barat societies have special food make from milk. That is Palopo, taliwang society usually namely this food. Palopo similar jelly make from buffalo milk mix by sugar and aren tree sugar and egg plant (terung parak that have thorn). Palopo more delicious if eat with sticky rice fermented.

For good taste Palopo made with step, first buffalo milk have filter. With comparing ten liters milk mix with one kilograms red sugar and 500 gram white sugar. The eggplants mix until free from the water ingredient. After that have steam about fifteen minutes.

Palopo is original oil from Taliwang. This local at Sumbawa Barat government had two years ago had new regent. This food as special menu of Sumbawa government for treat visiting guest.
